Jeremiah 29:29-31

²⁹ When Zephaniah the priest received Shemaiah's letter, he read it to the prophet Jeremiah. ³⁰ Then the Lord said to Jeremiah, ³¹ ‘Send a message to all the people of Judah who are now in Babylon. Tell them that the Lord says this about Shemaiah, the man from Nehelam: “Shemaiah has prophesied to you. But I did not send him to you. He has caused you to believe a lie.”
